At Landicity we believe there's a need for new alternative experiential conservation easement approaches that are dynamic, innovative, commercial (for-profit), fun and educational (edu-tainment) for the average person.

Cafe Conservation is our blog advocating a sustainable for-profit approach to building an experiential conservation internet social network platform that provides openness, transparency, and empowers the individual.

We believe you should be able to

"Own The Good You DO!"

You own it, you protect it, and you play on it. You vote on sustainable management of the land, the placing of the easement, growing and donating the Landicity Fund (members vote on allocating the fund money) and the Landicity member governance model. Your membership gets you a deed.

Landicity reflects this new approach. We've completed Phase 1 basics with the Landicity Steward Membership. Now we need your help, expertise, suggestions and contributions (not money) to continue to build out this conservation easement vision -- in all areas.

For $49, new members receive a hardcopy Landicity Stewardship Deed detailing certain direct ownership stake. While it makes a great gift for someone to place a deed on their wall, it also provides unique ownership rights, benefits, passports and direct vote representation.
