Maine Trees Freeze Up!

Another in a not-so-regular series of posts highlighting nature's nature & 'ain't that odd'

We have recently had a record setting -50 degrees below zero up near the Big Black River in Mt. Depot, Maine. That is without wind chill factors!

Trees are cracking and boulders breaking at that temperature. You can not even drink a beer quick enough before it freezes.

That is wicked cold!

Good Night from Maine, USA!
