Fashion Trendiness and Organically Robotic

Fashion is Trendier

Individuals still interested in fashion and accumulating more stuff may feel better by being some light shade of green.. There is hope in clothing. Retail marketers are rapidly touting "there is nothing trendier in today's markets than going green." The fashion industry, being fashion and living off trendiness, is embracing "the idea of environmentally friendly products."

Nothing really new here. Just the fashion industry spinning to "green" -- it is green if you buy more instead of just doing with less stuff, especially 'accesorizing stuff." Cool is green and green is fashionably cool.

There is an increase in fabrics and clothing made from bamboo, hemp, organic cotton, re-cycled soda and water bottles, seaweed fiber, re-cycle billboards and now the notoriously unfriendly juice boxes fair trade and Phillipino women– no kidding.

Hand bags, wallets and purses are now available in designer fashion motifs! And, you have the designer wine 'juice boxes' coming out so watch for them to show up as your new designer bag too. You can post your wine 'juice box' labels via your bag, dress and maybe curtains?

Now you can wear 'eco-apparel' that uses your body's moisture to release nutrients (really), clothes that 'compost back into the earth', and 1,000's of new companies selling new eco-friendly wearables. So, continue on you fashion trend consumption habits and feel a slight pale green while doing it.

What are you doing to get your green-tan? Some just go to the spa for a quick green wash while others really do go out and change their behavior to first reduce (stuff, consumption). What shade are you today?

Animal Crackers Are Faking It!

Hampshire College researchers have "Rocky' the squirrel. Indiana is working on 'leaping lizards.' Brussels has sexy and intimidating 'counterfeit cockroaches'. Cornell professors have used 'polyanna Parrot'. And California has 'sally the solicitous sage grouse.' All names just now assigned here – but the facts are true and so is the name Rocky.

Come to find out, animals have body language too and change their behavior from body postures, sweat, signals and hair dos. Scientist want to know about our critters and their response to various thing outside the lab and in a 'real world' environment. Robo animal crackers are the latest technology being used by researches to answer their questions. Some are tethered, some are wireless, and the grouse is Ruby on Rails!. "What Robo Cracker do I need to make to get an answer to those questions that I can only get by being a robo critter? The animal subjects and their behavior may respond to robo critter in ways previously un-measureable. We've all seen the look alike shark, hippo and crocodile on TV's nature shows. Well, look out Pepe le Pew, there coming to your place!

Are the robo critters made in an eco-friendly way (what ever that really means)?

The next move will be to put some goggles on the critters and immerse them in 3D virtual worlds. Talk about stress. Poor things won't know real from virtual. Sound familiar?

Can't we just talk with them and have them fill out a survey?
